Victory Series rebuild kits make repairing your *Seepex© pumps easy. Liberty Process Equipment offers joint kits, shaft seal kits, and complete rotating assembly kits. We have Seal kits, Joint Kits and can even make you a custom repair kit for your pump with a Rotor, Stator and all necessary parts for easy reordering in the future.

Every rebuild of a pump requires all the specific, parts that allow your pump to function flawlessly. Although you can purchase parts separately, why not purchase the kit and replace all the small parts to prevent a failure down the line. It makes excellent sense both in time and cost to do a complete pump refurbishment at one time to prevent downtime and additional costs associated with pulling a pump off-line time after time to replace individual parts. If you replace them all at the same time, there’s no need to worry!

Victory Series Shaft Seal Kits

Shaft seal kits include everything to replace your existing shaft seal. Liberty Process Equipment offers a variety of mechanical seal options and also gland packing for your *Seepex© pump.

Mechanical seals include: silicon carbide faces, nitrile elastomer bellows, and stainless steel metal parts as standard. Other materials are available upon request. Gland packing is available for pumping conditions where a mechanical seal is not required. Gland packing is precut, formed, and packaged in sets of the required number of pieces to repack your pump.

Victory Series Joint Kits

Joint kits include the following components needed to repair one joint end: (1) coupling rod pin, (1) universal joint cover seal, (2) clamping bands, (2) guide bushings, and (1) coupling rod bush. Universal joint cover seals are available in NBR or viton elastomers to satisfy almost all pumping conditions.

Clamping bands are made of stainless steel and all non-wetted metal parts (coupling rod pin and bushings) are made of durable high strength tool steel.

Complete Rotating Assembly

A Victory complete rotating assembly is convenient, minimizes downtime, and eliminates complications from rebuilding your *Seepex® pump.

Victory complete rotating assemblies are available for many sizes of the N series of *Seepex© pumps and include the following as standard: rotor (TSCP), stator (NBR), coupling rod, plug in shaft, thrower, and gland packing. Mechanical seals are also available upon request in lieu of gland packing.

By stocking a complete rotating assembly, maintenance of your *Seepex© pump has never been easier! Victory complete rotating assemblies are shipped ready for immediate installation. Complete rotating assemblies are designed so that you do not have to dismantle the drive end of the pump system in order to perform maintenance on the pump end. Simply disconnect the plug in shaft from the drive and replace with the new rotating assembly and you are ready to go.
